Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Bartender to join the team at Traders Hotel, Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service, creating memorable beverage experiences for guests in our All Day Dining restaurant.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Interact with guests to understand their preferences and recommend beverages that suit their tastes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and hygienic.
  • Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies to ensure efficient service operations.
  • Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen staff to provide seamless service and support other departments when needed.
  • Address guest inquiries, special requests, or complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring positive guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Assist in creating new drink recipes and contributing to beverage promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on beverage preparation, service techniques, and customer engagement.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests in a professional yet friendly manner.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
  • Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

 

Level of Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or bartending is preferred.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum 12 months of bartending experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
