Job Summary:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for passionate and motivated Food and Beverage Interns to join our dynamic team. The internship will provide hands-on experience in the daily operations of our renowned hotel outlets, helping interns grow their knowledge and skills in food service, guest engagement, and operational procedures.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations in multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
  • Support the team in maintaining high service standards in food and beverage delivery.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper setup and breakdown of service areas according to standards.
  • Work closely with the team to uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage procedures.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control within assigned areas.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating where necessary.
  • Maintain punctuality and attendance as per shift schedules.

 

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and develop in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, French, German, Russian, or Chinese) are a strong advantage.
  • A positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to delivering high standards of service.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.

 

Level of Education:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or food and beverage-related program.

Work Hours:

  • Flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Experience in Months:

  • No prior experience is required; however, some exposure to the hospitality industry is preferred.
