Job Summary:
We are seeking talented and motivated culinary professionals to join our team at Atlantis Dubai. With positions available at different levels, including Commis 1, Commis 2, Commis 3, Demi Chef De Partie, and Chef De Partie, you will play a key role in delivering extraordinary dining experiences in one of our high-volume, award-winning restaurants. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet daily production needs and maintain consistent quality.
  • Assist in menu development by providing input on food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate with the kitchen management to ensure sufficient inventory of ingredients.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and skill development.
  • Execute special requests and dietary requirements from guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and ingredients.
  • Maintain consistency in portion sizes and presentation to meet restaurant standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work in various sections of the kitchen as needed.
  • Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to continuous improvement.

 

Level of Education:
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification in professional cooking is preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Experience in Months:
Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
