Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Bartender for Sea Fire Steak House at Atlantis, The Palm. The Head Bartender will be responsible for crafting an innovative beverage menu, preparing drinks, and ensuring a high standard of guest service while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests at the bar and restaurant.
  • Design and create an exciting new beverage menu, introducing original drink concepts.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and fulfilling their needs in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the service team to provide seamless dining and bar experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following all health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior bartenders on beverage preparation and guest service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring proper stock management and reordering supplies when necessary.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, escalating major issues to management.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and introduce creative cocktail concepts regularly.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
  • High attention to detail, especially in drink presentation and customer service.

 

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Work Hours:
Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

 

Experience in Months:
Minimum of 24 months (2 years) in a luxury bartending role.
