Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly energetic and professional Doorman to join our Front Services team at Atlantis, The Palm. You will be the face of the hotel, delivering an exceptional first and last impression for all guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests with professionalism, energy, and courtesy.
• Oversee and coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and transportation needs including taxis, ride shares, and buses.
• Provide clear directions and assist guests with any inquiries regarding hotel services or local attractions.
• Manage the Porte Cochere to ensure smooth and efficient guest flow.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, creating lasting memories through high-quality service.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel, representing the Atlantis brand with pride.
• Assist with luggage handling and ensure all guest needs are promptly met.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a five-star hotel, resort, or luxury service environment such as Front Office, Guest Relations, or Club Lounge.
• Excellent personal presentation, grooming, and enthusiasm.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to read social situations and interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
