Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reception Manager at Hakkasan to provide exceptional five-star service to guests, ensuring memorable dining experiences. You will manage guest interactions, form strong relationships, and act as a brand ambassador, encouraging repeat business and driving customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel guests, local residents, and regular visitors.
• Serve as a sales ambassador, encouraging repeat visits and attracting new customers.
• Communicate special requests and guest needs to the restaurant management team.
• Contribute to personalized guest services and luxury dining experiences.
• Manage and maintain the guest database, working with PR and marketing on special events and promotions.
• Ensure the restaurant ambiance reflects the high standards of the brand.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Strong passion for the Food & Beverage industry and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
