Job Summary:

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive service throughout the dining process. Engage with guests, support kitchen operations, and ensure work areas are clean and organized. Create memorable dining experiences through personalized interactions and professional conduct.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set tables and ensure proper setup for service.
  • Serve guests and anticipate their needs throughout the meal.
  • Communicate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining areas, and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with menu management and verify order accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Provide guests with information about menu items and daily specials.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support team members to ensure smooth service and a positive work environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience; previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
  • Attitude: Must demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve service goals.
