Job Summary:
Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes, ensuring bar cleanliness, stock maintenance, and adherence to company policies. Process payments and complete closing duties.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare drink orders, serve wine/champagne, and set up/clean the bar area. Maintain stock of ice, glassware, and supplies.
• Handle payments, count cash at the end of shifts, complete reports, and secure bar items.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and engage with guests positively. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining cleanliness standards.

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years of related work experience.
