Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure staff collaboration to meet guest needs and provide optimal service.
  • Inspect staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficiencies.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and securing the premises.
  • Monitor storage areas for organization and cleanliness, and conduct scheduled inventories.
  • Oversee dining room operations, ensuring seating availability and guest safety.
  • Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees.
  • Follow all safety and security policies, report accidents, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipating their service needs and addressing any concerns.
  • Foster positive working relationships within the team and support common goals.
  • Identify and implement strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and safety.
