Job Summary:
Lead and manage the functionality and safety of hotel facilities, including building systems, equipment, and life safety assets, in compliance with local laws. Supervise maintenance staff, oversee budgets, and coordinate responses to guest issues and emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Direct outside contractors and ensure quality work by staff.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, expenditure projects, and emergency responses.
• Conduct staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage operating budgets and energy management programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Extensive experience in engineering or property management.
• Supervisory Experience: Proven leadership and team management experience.
• License or Certification: Relevant certifications for building systems and safety.
