Job Summary:
Entry-level management role overseeing daily operations of Restaurants/Bars, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining standards, and supporting the operating budget.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist restaurant/bar staff, including menu planning, sanitation standards, and peak meal period operations.
  • Train and motivate employees, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of duties.
  • Collaborate with management on improving department performance, handling equipment maintenance, and ensuring proper reporting and inventory processes.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience, or 2-year degree with 2 years of related experience.
