Job Summary:
Create a memorable and seamless arrival and departure experience for guests, ensuring their stay is exceptional from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests during arrival and departure, addressing requests and providing local area information.
- Ensure smooth handling of operational needs, guest requests, and completion of reports.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company policies while ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including moving and lifting objects up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
