Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests, maintaining bar cleanliness, handling payments, and ensuring smooth bar operations according to company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare drink orders following specified recipes and measuring systems.
• Serve wine and champagne bottles and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Stock bar supplies such as ice, glassware, and garnishes.
• Process payments, handle bank closing duties, and secure bar inventory.
• Follow company policies regarding safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Anticipate guest needs, maintain positive relationships with coworkers, and uphold quality standards.
• Perform tasks involving physical movement, including lifting up to 50 pounds and moving through confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related role.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.
