Job Summary:

Ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out by delivering a wide range of services and making guest interactions memorable. Guest Experience Experts manage operational tasks, assist guests with requests, and provide local information, all while enhancing the overall stay.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and other operational needs efficiently.
  • Assist guests with luggage transport, vehicle loading/unloading, and bell services.
  • Address guest requests and inquiries, ensuring prompt and friendly service.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies, and uphold quality standards.
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times.
  • Follow all safety and security protocols, and protect company assets.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
  • Supervisory Experience: None required.
  • License or Certification: None required.
