Job Summary:

Assist in food preparation by preparing ingredients, cooking, and ensuring food quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen while following safety procedures and company policies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, and microwaves.
  • Monitor food quality during preparation and adjust as needed.
  • Set up and break down workstations; wash and disinfect kitchen tools and areas.
  • Follow safety protocols, report issues, and maintain a clean professional appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and adhere to quality expectations.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • No supervisory experience required.
