Job Summary:

The Office Administrator is responsible for managing office-related tasks, including updating records, handling communications, and maintaining filing systems. This role ensures that administrative processes are efficient and contributes to a positive guest experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and retrieve information from databases, updating records, files, and reservations.
  • Transmit information using mail, computer, or facsimile machine.
  • Operate standard office equipment and prepare letters, memos, and documents using various software.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing.
  • Maintain filing systems for records and documents, both computer- and paper-based.
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and transactions.
  • Assist with guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate office equipment and use software like word processing, spreadsheet, and database systems.
  • Strong communication skills and professional etiquette.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
