Job Summary:

Oversee and inspect cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring adherence to quality standards and effective coordination between departments.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure quality.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, and prioritize cleaning tasks.
• Assist Housekeeping management with daily activities and coordination with other departments.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms in collaboration with the Front Desk.
• Prepare and communicate changes in room assignments to staff.
• Complete required paperwork and communicate issues to the next shift.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Ability to move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 55 pounds; push and pull loaded carts; and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
