Job Summary: We have a great opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful applicant will have a good understanding of the UAE market and a track record in identifying and creating lucrative business partnerships within the region.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Development / Sales & Marketing in a luxury property.
- Strong OPMS knowledge.
- Ability to network, building strong & meaningful business relationships.
- Experience in the local market (UAE as well as other GCC).
- Oversees the Groups planning and related staff to ensure the planning and delivery of successful hotel events.
- Develop a flexible sales strategy to reflect the achievement of hotel budget commitment and which responds to local market conditions.
- Ensures products and or services provided by Group Planning meet or exceed guest expectations and build customer loyalty through product and or service excellence.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style.
