Job Summary: We have a great opportunity for a talented Bar Captain to join the team in our All Day Dining restaurant, Sofra BLD. The successful applicant will have a passion for their work and a personality that will make our guests feel both welcomed and cared for.  As a senior member of the team, guests will look to you to guide them through their choice of beverage based on their taste and preference.

 

Requirements:

  • A passion for bartending.

  • Great understanding of beverages.
  • Ability to lead and inspire others.

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style.
