Requirements:

• Outgoing and excellent communicator. Multi-lingual such as Arabic, English, and French would be highly encourage.
• Experience in fine-dining restaurants.
• Ability to put patrons at ease and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
• Passion for driving exceptional levels of customer service.
• Presentable and well groomed.
• Ability to handle multiple guest queries efficiently.
• Lives and breathes the Shangri-La Values.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and address queries/complaints.
• Stay informed about VIPs and special guests.
• Answer restaurant service phone promptly.
• Maintain positive guest relations and handle requests courteously.
• Support the Bord Eau team and other colleagues.
