Evaluate and suggest improvements for the hotel’s website to enhance bookings and keep it updated. Help create and manage online campaigns across social media and third-party sites. Manage the hotel’s social media presence and run campaigns to increase exposure. Develop e-newsletters and handle the hotel’s online presence on partner sites. Ensure accurate and brand-compliant content across all online platforms. Conduct quality checks on content and images across channels. Monitor online reviews, respond as needed, and manage the ORM system. Identify new marketing opportunities to drive traffic and create quarterly action plans. Evaluate competitors’ online presence and assist with the annual online marketing plan.

Job Summary:  We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic E-Commerce professionals who will be responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Corporate Director of E-Commerce in online content management, seeking online marketing opportunities and in managing the SEO of Rotana website and web traffic.

 

Requirements:

You should be an advertising, marketing or communication graduate with preferable experiences in a similar field. You must be a computer literate with effective communication skills, verbal and written in English and preferable in Arabic as well.
