I have extensive experience in overseeing the implementation of budgets and am highly proficient in the laws and regulations governing public procurement. I am skilled in preparing reports, drafting tender documents, managing contracts, and overseeing their execution.My specialization in administrative, commercial, and financial management has enabled me to serve as an Administrative and Financial Manager for several ministries and government departments, including the Tunisian Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Health.My ambition is to leverage my significant skills in the Gulf countries, especially since I am specialized in law and have professional experience in legal, financial, administrative, and commercial matters.
