Job Summary: As Spa Manager, you be responsible to manage the spa operation to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is revitalizing, relaxing and energizing. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations concerning health, safety or other requirements.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification
• Qualifications in Spa Management from a reputable institute
• 3 to 5 years leadership, pre- opening experience of a luxury spa facility of a five star resort
• Be highly fit, presentable and well groomed
• A natural sales person with the ability to introduce and sell spa offerings and facilities
• Fluency in English, Other languages preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing the annual departmental budget and financial plans, monitoring expenses, and controlling activity costs.
• Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities through chargeable events and activities.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to effectively showcase products and services.
• Monitor and analyze budget variances in revenue and costs.
• Manage staffing needs, recruit according to company guidelines, and implement orientation programs for new employees.
• Maintain and implement departmental standards and procedures.
• Conduct training needs analysis and design appropriate training programs.
• Develop direct reports, identify high potentials, and manage incentive schemes for sales staff.
