Job Summary: To learn and experience how we keep things running smoothly, we’re searching for a proactive and passionate intern for our Culinary Department – Pastry Section.

Requirements:

This internship provides a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to start their career in hospitality and gain practical knowledge and experience.

Ideal for someone eager to learn and develop their skills in pastry arts, this internship offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a creative team.

You should have an energetic, fun and enthusiastic personality and you should be passionate about people and hospitality. You’ll be a team player, proactive, responsible and hardworking. You should also possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills as well as great communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work with industry professionals to develop skills in a dynamic environment.
• Assist pastry chefs in preparing and decorating desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
• Represent the hotel with professionalism when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Support the success of department operations.

Every day is different, but generally as an Intern, you will get to learn all the elements of the Pastry Section. You will also learn how an overall hotel business works.
