Responsibilities | Ensure SOP standards are followed to meet service levels. Manage restaurant bookings and arrange special requirements. Assign table seating and monitor staff performance. Greet and welcome guests according to voco service standards. Escort guests, provide buffet orientation, and recommend food and drinks. Help maximize revenue through social media marketing. Handle mise-en-place, including buffet tags, menus, and administrative tasks. Assist in managing requisitions, storage, and usage of equipment and supplies. Attend daily briefings on preparation, service, and menu updates. Coordinate with other departments on operations and quality. Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities. Attend required training sessions on food safety, fire, hygiene, and health. |

Job Summary:
Requirements:
- 2 years related experience in same role in a 5 star luxury hotel or resort
- A naturally outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence to consistently deliver and demonstrate InterContinental service standards
- A true “team-player” mentality and flexible attitude towards a diverse set of tasks
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays
- Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to, English is a must, another language will be an advantage
