Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and guest-oriented Reservations Sales Agent to join our team. As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable booking experience from the moment they inquire about our hotel.

 

Requirements:

· Prior experience in hotel reservations or front office roles is preferred.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Excellent customer service skills with a keen eye for detail.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office.

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

 

Responsibilities:
