Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and guest-oriented Reservations Sales Agent to join our team. As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable booking experience from the moment they inquire about our hotel.

Requirements:

· Prior experience in hotel reservations or front office roles is preferred.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Excellent customer service skills with a keen eye for detail.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office.

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms professionally.
• Provide information on room availability, rates, packages, and amenities.
• Upsell room upgrades and additional services to increase revenue.
• Accurately manage reservation details in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Assist with special requests, modifications, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Stay informed about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
• Address guest concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
