Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, is looking for a service oriented Food & Beverage Host/Hostess to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park has 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

Job Summary:

Requirements:

• Ideally, you have at least 1-2 years of similar or relative experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills and well-versed in hotel systems.
• Amenable for working rotating shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, determine dining needs, and manage seating arrangements.
• Monitor restaurant flow and seating chart for optimal dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Perform opening and closing tasks as required.
• Manage restaurant bookings via phone, email, and other channels, converting inquiries into reservations.
• Maintain accurate booking records, update systems, and follow up on guest requests.
• Collaborate with restaurant management on special offers and ensure proper promotion.
• Maximize bookings and build a database of regular guests for future reference.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills and well-versed in hotel systems.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Work Hours: 8 Hours a Day

Experience in Months: 12
