Responsibilities Supervise Front Office services to ensure efficiency and adherence to operational standards. Oversee the responsible use of systems and equipment (PMS, credit card machines, key systems). Take over from the previous shift, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure service completion. Maintain high guest satisfaction through active communication before, during, and after stays. Ensure hotel product quality and safety standards are consistently met. Serve as the first contact for the Emergency Response Team during emergencies. Communicate VIP and key guest arrivals/departures and special requests to relevant departments. Foster teamwork and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations. Act as Night Manager and handle night audit procedures. Uphold the voco brand by inspiring memorable guest experiences. Perform ad-hoc duties as needed to support the team.

Job Summary: As Front Office Supervisor, you will lead the shift for Front Office operations while also keeping an eye on the other operational departments. Your focus is always to make sure our guests feel welcome and can enjoy the voco life.

Requirements:

  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Knowledge of PMS system Opera is an advantage.
  • Two years of supervisory experience in an operations role within a hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational, task-management, leadership, creativity and presentation skills.
  • Pro-active attitude and eye for detail with a natural drive for continuous improvement.
  • German Speaker is required for this role
  • A naturally outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence to consistently deliver and demonstrate voco™ service standards
  • A true “team-player” mentality and flexible attitude towards a diverse set of tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills
