Resolve vendor issues and handle complaints from colleagues or department heads. Update and manage weekly vendor performance reports and feedback. Maintain lists of approved and non-preferred vendors. Schedule Vendor Performance Review meetings with top vendors. Conduct market surveys and assist in meeting procurement goals. Ensure all purchase orders are approved before acquiring materials. Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, logbooks, and tracking.

The InterContinental Hotels Group® properties in Dubai Festival City consist of four hotels. These include the luxury brand InterContinental, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites, the superior upscale Crowne Plaza, and the vibrant mid-scale Holiday Inn & Suites. In addition to over 1600 rooms, the four properties boast a selection of 16 restaurants and bars, an impressive 3,800-square-metre Event Centre across two levels, the 5,000-square-metre Festival Arena by InterContinental, the luxurious Spa InterContinental, and state-of-the-art gymnasium and swimming pool facilities. Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with Jana Sky Soft is an advantage.
  • Strong team collaboration skills with ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like Printer.
