Responsibilities Ensure staff collaboration for optimal service and guest satisfaction. Inspect staff grooming and attire, addressing any issues. Complete opening and closing tasks, including setting up supplies, cleaning, and securing areas. Check storage areas for organization, cleanliness, and proper stock rotation. Conduct inventories, requisition supplies, and monitor dining room conditions. Complete maintenance work orders as needed. Management Support: Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees; act as a role model and first point of contact for concerns. Follow and enforce company policies, report incidents, and complete safety training. Maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and uphold confidentiality. Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally, foster teamwork, and respond to employee concerns. Operational Duties: Ensure quality standards and suggest ways to improve efficiency, safety, and cost-savings. Review and verify information, inspect tools and equipment, and ensure everything is in working order. Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, and navigating confined spaces as needed. Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors.

Job Summary:

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
