Prepare and cook food following recipes, quality, and presentation standards, including cold foods. Team Support & Compliance: Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees; serve as a role model. Follow safety and company policies, report issues, and maintain a professional appearance. Anticipate guest needs and ensure clear, professional communication. Foster positive teamwork and ensure quality standards. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and assist with other duties as needed.

Job Summary:

Requirements:

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None

 

Responsibilities:
