Responsibilities Loyalty Program Management - Develop, implement, and manage the hotel's food and beverage loyalty program. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the loyalty program, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction. Work closely with marketing to promote the loyalty program and increase member enrollment. Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to understand their preferences and ensure a personalized dining experience. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Regularly communicate with loyalty program members to keep them engaged and informed about promotions and events. Data Analysis and Reporting- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on loyalty program performance and guest satisfaction metrics. Use insights from data analysis to recommend and implement improvements to the guest experience. Collaboration and Coordination - Work with the food and beverage team to ensure that loyalty program benefits are effectively delivered. Coordinate with the marketing and events teams to develop promotional activities that enhance the loyalty program. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience across the hotel. Training and Development- Train food and beverage staff on the loyalty program and customer service best practices. Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure staff can effectively promote and execute the loyalty program.

Job Summary: We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Loyalty Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing the Hotels Loyalty program, enhancing guest satisfaction and driving repeat business.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality management, Marketing, Business administration or related filed.
  • Proven experience in guest loyalty management preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3-5 experience in a similar role

 

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Work Hours: 8 Hours a Day

Experience in Months: 24
