Responsibilities Provide complete account management for the assigned portfolio which includes both Corporate and Long stay segments.  Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities in the area(s) designated by the Commercial Director.  Build and maintain strong relationships with Existing and New clients.  Stay informed about industry trends, projects, competitors, and market developments to identify potential leads and maintain competitiveness.  Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed set revenue targets.  Prepare tailored and detailed proposals outlining stay specifications, pricing, packages, and additional services.  Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties and comply with hotel policies.  Conduct site inspections to showcase hotel rooms, residences, meeting facilities and F&B outlets.  Work closely with the hotel's operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of long-stay and corporate arrangements, including logistical needs and special requests.  Monitor and manage stay budgets to optimize profitability and control costs effectively.  Generate regular activities, sales reports, forecasts, and updates to evaluate performance against sales goals and provide insights for improvement.  Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and represent the hotel.  Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from inquiry to the conclusion of the stay, to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in proactive sales within the hotel industry in Dubai managing a strong portfolio of Corporate and Relocation accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the Corporate and Long stay markets both local and international.
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of International and Local relocation companies would be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional Sales, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
  • Organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
