These significant contributions were never gone unnoticed with commendations and rewards I received from my Superiors as I serve with pride to strike anywhere, out of my comfort zones under the austere/arduous/abnormal working conditions in a harsh/harmful/hostile working environment. Inspired by the rigid trainings under the tutelage of my superiors has made me easily capable to adjust and adapt well with firmness and calmness to any kind of challenging situation and with culturally diverse team. Leading by example thru military leadership traits/principles, the mil values, mil courtesy and discipline that still oozing in my veins engenders respect, earned the trust and confidence from my subordinates.
Underwent Philippine schooling in Basic and Advance Military Sciences, Army Summer-Camp (P2Lt) Training, Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis, Occupational Safety and Health (OHS), Firearms Safety, Fire Fighting, Customer Focus Education, VIP Protection, Self-Defense/Hand-to-Hand Combat Course, CCTV Control Operation, Heavy Equipment Operator course and First Aid/Basic Life Support, to name a few. Completed a 4-year Military Science Course, I also obtained an incomplete college education in Political Science – the last 2 years of which as a working student in the 5-star Hyatt Terraces Baguio before it totally collapsed by a 7.8 magnitude killer earthquake. Asset Protection Supervisor - Al Barsha Boutique Building, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Provides assistance in reducing loss, minimizing risks and following the Loss Prevention best practices, SOP’s, processes and policies as set for the department.

Security Officer/CCTV Operator - Jumeirah Rd 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Take charge of my AOR, Monitor, operate and maintenance of the security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, fire equipment and alarm systems. Coordinate a smooth daily operation as per the department standard and Managers direction.
• Respond to alarms and alerts, investigating any potential security threats and/or breaches, quickly identified safety/security hazards and taking appropriate action.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, including any interventions or responses and report all identified violations of the hotel Policies and Procedures, suspicious activities and criminal acts for immediate course of action.

• Authorized, trained and licensed to operate Heavy/Light equipment, Forklifts and haul trucks among the US/NATO Bases.
• Under austere, arduous, abnormal, harsh, harmful and hostile working environment, safely perform loading/unloading of all the inbound/outbound palletized, crated, packed materials from Military Aircrafts, commercial couriers/carrier, convoy trucks and ISO 20/40ft containers with the use of forklifts assisted by trained ground guide.
• Receive, inspect, identify, unpack, account and reconcile incoming/outgoing stocks based on PO specifications.
• Allocate stocks to the labeled indoor warehouse shelves and drove bulky parts to the outdoor stockyards.
• Alternate ground guide for the safe maneuvering of HE operators in awkward spots for safe and stable stacking into the layered stockpiles.
• Storing, tagging, labeling, listing/inventory of stocks to update records in Log Mastre and maintain files as per stocks transfers, PO, shipping/receiving documents for submission to Manager at EOD.
• Dispatch requested parts to the designated mechanics for the parts replacement. Repair and maintenance of equipment, machines, RVC’s, MRAP’s, Buffalo and Humvees at the shops.
• Usage of buggies, chains, pulleys for the transfer/lifting of materials from one package to another crates, tri-walls, assembled wooden pallets and/or Air Force pallets as required. Secure the stocks with straps, side/top nets for protection and efficient packing of bulky and/or sensitive parts for ship out.
• Retrograde on excess material parts by cleaning, pressure washing, drying, sanitizing, repacking, rewrapping and stocking for shipping through air/seaworthy containers.
• Drive truckloads of faulty, defective, obsolete, junk, metal scraps for disposals to DRMO/Burn Pits. Deliver backloads for the turn-over of parts of stocks distribution to SSA. Drive backloads to flightline for scheduled air freight.
• Strictly maintain good housekeeping at the workplace in compliance and adherence to the standard safety guidelines and practices imposed by the company.

Admin/Badging Officer/Escort - Camp Leatherneck, Camp Delaram, Camp Dwyer, Afghanistan
• Maintaining the record of workers headcount by encoding and updating their daily time record; badge number, color & expiry; passport number, date of issue & expiry; company ID date of issue & expiry; LOA date of issue and expiry; Airside Driving Permit, date of issue and expiry.
• Prepare and maintain a tracking log using Excel Spreadsheet for badges record and responsible for workers’ Badge applications at the ATFP Badge Office for their appointment screening and issuance of temporary Day Pass or Blue/Green Badge.
• Prepare LOJ’s of PED (Personal Electronic Device) Exception Request for approval from the ATFP, Camp Commandant’s Office and PMO, intended for screened individual to possess gadgets, essential for constant communication coordination.
• Assist personnel working in A/DACG and those officially frequenting the Flight Line for the processing/renewal of their expired Airside Driving Permits (ADP).
• Transact with US Air Force Manifest Desk at the PAX Terminal for the flight schedules of outbound/inbound personnel going to or coming from other Camps, FOB`s or R&R’s.
