My name is Omar Mokhtar Khan Surattee. I have 10 years experienced in the Hotel and restaurants industry. I am an active person who enjoys doing sports and outdoor activities. I spend most of my leisure time skateboarding

and spending time with my family and friends. I always find room to improve myself as I love challenges. I am a fast

learner and a great team player and leader as displayed during my involvement in school. At 13 years old, I discovered

an interest in cooking when I helped my parents run their hawker food stall. I would say that my mother is reponsible
