I am a chef de partie, my roles being food production and preparation of meals according to the menus. Performing cleanliness and hygiene practices on work stations .I have skills on pan frying, blanching, grilling ,salads salad dressing, and baking. I am commercial l oriented person a finisher of task and a passionate about culinary duties .I have gained skills on my career for almost four years. I am the type of person who embraces change positively and i take ownership of my own ongoing development.
