I have studied and graduated in Manufacturing Technology from Adama University former (NCTTE)

I am working at United Nations Economic Commission for Africa under RENNAH THERMAL COMFORT P.L.C as Mechanical Supervisor from November 2018 to January 2024 and from November 2014 to October 2018 at SIGMA Electric PLC as Mechanical Supervisor. from March 2014 to October 2014 have been working at Alem Steel P.L.C as Technical Department Head I have been working at YESU P.L.C as Production Team Leader and Mechanic from October 2006 to December 2013. During these periods, I have got experience on plant and equipment’s are operated in safe & proper way Follow preventive maintenance schedules & its implementation follow proper trouble shooting procedures Motivate workers to enhance production quality and at the same time maintain high production standards Manage, plan, control, and organize the planned preventive and corrective mechanical maintenances on all of the plant and other equipment in order to maximize their lifespan and ensure safety Manage, organize and control an efficient mechanical engineering workshop including the management of Technicians’ and Graded workers Determines and acquires all the necessary tools ,equipment, materials and  other resources required to accomplish tasks Prepares up to date material and labor cost, machinery, equipment, and organize performance data base for work units using machineries, equipment and labor
