Objective: To carry out inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to the defined schedules and methods guarantee the provision of a timely service to customers. React to any complaint or emergencies promptly and as directed by the group leader/supervisor so as to provide the necessary corrective maintenance measure and resolve customer’s problems. Monitor the running condition of various assets within the scope of work, check their operation efficiency, ensure that their functionality complies with standard, and take the necessary preventive measure if any problems are detected.
Specific duties: Ability to understand LV circuit and basic reading of diagrams. Inspect and repair when necessary low and medium electrical equipment such as transformers, SMDB, MDB, DB. Repair electrical faults and bring system to normal operation conditions. Read when required, electrical meter and compile information in an understandable manner. Diagnose faulty in electrical motors, switch gear, and suggest repair methods. Ability to understand refrigerator cycle elements and read basic diagrams. Ability to diagnose faults and suggest repair weather mechanical or electrical. Perform repair on any heating and ventilation, refrigeration, cooling systems (AHU, FAHU, FCU, Split units, exhaust fan). Repair HVAC electrical faults and bring system to normal operation. BTU meters and compiles information in an understandable manner. Investigate and repair HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) related BMS faults such as temperature, pressure sensors.
