Structural Design Engineer/ Civil Structural Engineer
• Prepares structural analysis and detailed design calculation report of mid to high rise commercial and residential concrete buildings including concrete tanks, swimming pool structures, metal building sheds, tower crane foundations.
• Liaising with other trades architectural and MEP departments to agree on economic safe and aesthetic design
• A third party consultant, performs verification checks, validates and approved design calculations from other clients.
• Provide structural IFC and shop drawings.
• Provide design sketches and reinforcement details to the structural detailer to commence structural drawings
• Checking rebar detailing and bar bending schedules.
