>Creating various reports which depict or collate the data in quality perspective to the leadership.
>Audits performed on DLP(Data loss prevention track) alerts on various tools like Forcepoint, net scope and
Jira.
>Creating ServiceNow dashboards to the account on quality perspective also on the live incident data.
>Works with QA management to implement new QA Process and improve existing ones.

>Prioritizing and working on Incidents of SAP Customers (Nike, IBM, Microsoft).
>Work with other teams to identify improvement opportunities and ensure end-to-end success of the Incident
Management process.
>Daily Job role is to monitor all Data centers across the world and taking immediate action if they are facing
any downtime and manage all kind of Incidents reported by customers depending on business impact.
>Creates incident related performance analysis and reporting for review by IT management
>Develops process and procedures that ensure Incident Management and Service Desk related action items
