I currently lead a team of fifty eight Housekeeping colleagues and have experience training on boarding employee's to ensure they understand the employer's expectations and standards.
I understand that Housekeeping can be a physically demanding role, and I possess the strength and stamina required to execute my duties with accuracy for the entire duration of my shifts, ensuring all visitors and their rooms receive the same level of care.
