My five(5) and thirteen(13) years of excellent track records as Post Contract Quantity Surveyor in roofing works and as an Aluminum Estimator respectively, I am very much confident to apply the same in your prestigious organization.
As a Post Contract Quantity Surveyor, I execute the contract, complying with the FIDIC contract of conditions, that includes interim valuations for work done, variation claims, additional works, warranty claims as per terms and conditions, project monitoring and notifications to client.
On the other hand, as a Pre Contract Quantity Surveyor / Aluminum Estimator, I price the aluminum works (stick curtain wall, unitized curtain wall, doors and windows) glazing, cladding based from given specifications, make a cost breakdown of it and ensure a timely submission to the client.
Computer-aided estimate softwares C-mol, Auto Estimate, Orga Data LogiKal and customized Microsoft excel template are used to perform my duties as estimator. I have a good command of Microsoft office software and AutoCAD applications.
