I am a registered psychometrician and an advocate for mental health based in the Philippines. I have been delivering psychosocial support services for almost 3 years now. I have always been so passionate about my work, especially when it comes to dealing with mental health issues. Here is a list of the services I can provide:

Core Functions:
- Conduct psychosocial support session
- Provide lecture about any mental health-related topics
- Conduct stress debriefing
- Provide psychological first aid to people affected by disasters.
- Train health workers on how to provide psychological first aid.

Administrative Functions:
- Exposed in using MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Computer Literacy
- Encodes, compiles and organizes data/ files/documents
- Makes communication letter to partner stakeholders; ensures timely delivery of communication
- Organizes meetings, trainings, and seminars; ensures availability of facilities/ meeting rooms,
and other necessary materials
- Creates and compiles activity reports, minutes of the meeting, and memorandum of orders
