Having 10+ years of professional work experience in HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing (MEP) works along with close coordination with civil and electrical services. Working experience as Project Lead on execution of MEP services on Luxury Villas, High Rise building, Shopping Malls with major clients like ORA Developers, Bahria Town and Lucky One. Have completed Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical with skills of Project Execution, Project Management, QA/QC, Quantities, Documentation, IPC, Reports and Plans, General Site Planning and Execution with Basic Site Safety implementations.

My current responsibilities include

1. Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to develop comprehensive MEP plans and specifications. Coordinate the MEP design and installation with other trades to ensure proper integration and sequencing of work.
2. Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare MEP cost estimates and budgets for projects. Monitor costs throughout the project, track expenditures, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Review and approve MEP-related change orders and invoices.
3. Design Review and Approval: Review and analyze MEP design drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure compliance with project requirements, local codes, and industry standards. Provide feedback and recommendations to the design team and address any design issues or conflicts.
4. Procurement and Material Management: Coordinate with the procurement team to identify MEP equipment, materials, and subcontractors needed for the project. Evaluate supplier bids and proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement process. Ensure timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment to the site.
5. Construction Supervision: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems during the construction phase. Monitor the progress of MEP work, conduct site inspections, and address any construction-related issues or challenges. Ensure that the MEP installations meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications.
6. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Establish and enforce quality control procedures for MEP installations. Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design documents, codes, regulations, and safety standards. Address any non-compliance issues and implement corrective measures.
7. Team Management: Lead and manage the MEP team, including engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor performance. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
8. Communication and Documentation: Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and architects. Prepare progress reports, documentation, and technical reports related to MEP activities. Attend project meetings and provide updates on MEP-related issues.
9. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to MEP installations and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Address any safety concerns promptly.
10. Commissioning and Handover: Coordinate the commissioning process of MEP systems, including testing, balancing, and performance verification. Ensure proper documentation and handover of MEP systems to the client or facility management team.
