He has 26 years of experience working in both domestic and international management teams as well as having regional responsibilities in multinational environments, focused on practical improvements to reach organizational, revenue and profit objectives.

Furthermore, during his working career, he has worked in 6 different countries and in large number of companies and industries like heavy industry, automotive, construction industry, foundries, wood processing and manufacturing in general. Major part of the work has involved him into being an active member of various operational teams as a leader, coach and practical support to departments which had improvement potentials, serious gaps, required development or restructuring.

Slawomir strengths are very much about practicality and goals reaching. Additionally, he was a project manager of physical automotive production transfers from Scandinavia to Poland in two companies. Slawomir is comfortable and appreciates cross cultural environment.
