As a 40-year-old professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in high-level hospitality, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. I have had the privilege of working with Personalities and Royal Houses, and have also participated in international Gastronomy Congresses across the world, including Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.

I am particularly proud of my achievements in the culinary industry, which include being the "European Chef of the Year 2013" and winning the "Bronze Medal" at both the Culinary World Cup 2014 and Ika World Olympic 2016. Additionally, I was the Champion of Spain of Chefs in 2012.

In terms of my work experience, I have been a Chef de Cuisine for the guests of the Saudi Royal House in Saudi Arabia, as well as a coach of the Bolivian Selection of Professional Cuisine "Bocuse Dor" and the Culinary Director of the National Association of Chefs in Venezuela. I also owned and operated the Charlie Champagne Restaurante, which was awarded 1 sol from the Repsol Guide during 2016-2019 and hosted the reception of the Royal House of Morocco, King Mohamed V, and the Spanish Royal House, King Felipe II.

Throughout my career, I have held various other roles, including Chef of the Luminee Gastronomic Restaurant at Port Aventura Resort, Sous Chef Executive at the Hilton Cavalgieri 5* and Arabella Sheraton Golf Hotel 5*, Chef de partie at the Gran Hotel Son Net 5 * Gran lujo, and chef de partie -1o cook at the Westin Palace Hotel 5* Madrid. Additionally, I worked as a Cocinero/a at the Hyatt villaMagna 5* Gran lujo.
