My name is Sachin Rangari. As a Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Construction projects, I have had the privilege of working with some of the most respected companies in the field, including Toyo Engineering India Limited & Engineers India Limited.

During my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the various aspects of construction projects, particularly those related to quality assurance and quality control. I hold multiple professional certifications, including CSWIP 3.1 certified welding inspector, API 510 pressure vessel inspector, and IRCA/CQI certified ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor, which demonstrate my commitment to excellence and dedication to providing the highest level of quality in my work.

At Toyo Engineering India Limited, I worked in the construction department from 2006 to 2017 for a period of 11 years, where I was responsible for ensuring that the quality of piping, tankage, and structural works met relevant project specifications and codes. I played a crucial role in the successful completion of several EPCC projects, including the Naptha Cracker Project, CDU/VDU revamp project, Styrene butadiene rubber project, and LNG regasification project. My responsibilities ranged from establishing, monitoring of Welding, Painting, NDT work to coordinating with client, PMC for necessary inspection approval, conducting quality walkthrough with PMC, client to ensure quality of work is being carried out as per approved ITP and specification.

In 2019, I joined Engineer India Limited as part of their PMC team for the DRPP Project. It is an integrated refinery and petrochemical complex in the Lekki Free Zone near Lagos, Nigeria, which upon successful completion will lead to processing 650000 barrels of crude oil per day. The refinery will produce Euro-V quality gasoline and diesel, as well as jet fuel and polypropylene

At Dangote Refinery & Petrochemical Project, I worked as a Manager Welding / NDT, where I have been involved in various units like Alkylation, Butamer, RFCC, Offsite piping & pipeline work. This project has really helped me to refine my skills and update my knowledge that are essential to the success of any project that I am a part of.

As a technical expert, I have gained the extensive experience in resolving technical queries, and I am able to provide comprehensive solutions to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. In addition, I am well-versed in the process of Non Conformance Reporting, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA).

As a QMS auditor, I am responsible for ensuring that the project adheres to the requirements of the quality management system. I have experience in contract management, quality assurance, and quality control, and I am able to manage projects from start to finish with the highest level of quality.
