I AM A FIRE FIGHTER WITH TEN YEARS EXPERIENCE AS FIRE STATION OFFICER IN KERALA FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICES , NOW WORKING AS AN INSTRUCTOR IN EMIRATES TECHNICAL AND SAFETY DEVELOPMENT CENTRE  ABUDHABI. IN ETSDC I MAINLY DELIVERS COURSES ON ADVANCE FIRE FIGHTING , FIRE PREVENTION FIRE FIGHTING ON STCW STANDARDS. THE JOB PROFILE INCLUDES:

• Deliver all training with internal and external standards efficiently
• Provide appropriate, intellectually stimulating instruction on each class by taking into consideration the unique learning abilities of each
  student
• Assess the delegates as per the standards required and learning
  objectives
• Develop and updates existing training packages
• Develop training packages for new subjects
• Use latest / updated training material for relevant standard
• Seek and research additional info that is relevant to the courses for
  effective delivery
• Interact with colleagues on the progress of courses and updates of
  standard requirement
• Participate in the meetings, trainings, daily tasks and off-site
  representation
•  Complete all the document associated with the training course
  Submit all the documents at the end of the day to appropriate
  department
• Adhere with IMS objectives
