I am a professional primary school teacher. I am an ambitious goal driven and flexible educator with good experience which includes curriculum development and ability to appreciate and inspire the young generation towards implementation of Modern Technology skills. My goal is to acquire challenging position in a reputed institution and add value in every capacity whilst developing proessionally and personally. Currently working towards attaining Masters of Education which will be a great tool in producing exceptional results. I am well versed with technology, planning lessons, teaching online classes together with face to face. I use online platforms for students. In my classes I have students who are good in technology and students who are good in writing so all of them are given enough chances to learn. When planning I make sure that I accommodate all my type of student by using dierent types of learning styles e.g. visual, auditory, reading and writing, and kinesthetic.I make sure most of my PPTs have more student’s engagement than teacher talking lessons to enable students to be independent and be able to think and link our lessons. I manage my class using class dojo points, giving certificates to those who behave well. Give dojo points to those who follow rules and remove some points to those who do not follow rules it helps a lot.
I can use Microsoft teams and zoom well but not limited to only that. I can work well in school and remotely. I am very flexible. I make sure students in class and at home learn at the same time and none of the students gets bored in class or at home. We normally have pulse calls every month with each parent talking about mostly students’ wellbeing which is very important and their academic performance.
