I wish to be considered for the position of Restaurant Supervisor /Manager at your organization.

I have experience as a food and beverage manager, as well as a restaurant manager. I have also worked as a lodge manager and as a marketing manager.

I am a self motivated individual, very good with numbers and very adept with industry margins such as food cost and gross profit and margins.

I am naturally born a leader as I have taken leadership positions since primary school and even in new environments I can assume leadership with ease.

I am very familiar with most point of sale softwares used in different restaurants, and thw operations of them from vendor selection to ordering, storage up until the guests eat and depart.

If you will consider me you will have a manager who knows how to position the restaurant strategically in the market, who also is well versed with finances up to net profit, who knows HACCP, budgets, human capital managent, effective management of capital resources and operational resources among other things.

Over and above the mentioned things you will have a competent manager who will work tirelessly to plug all the loopholes that might drain cash flow and profitability to the organization.
